I did my original inside out page as a goof, but it's strangely popular.

Funny side note:
The original inside out page got stumbleupon status. One person gave it a thumbs up with "Want to know what logos look like inside out?"
A second commenter replied "No."

You can turn any image inside out in Photoshop. First run the polar coordinates filter (polar to rectangluar) to "unwrap" it. Rotate it 180 degrees, then run the polar coordinates filter (rectangular to polar)to "rewrap" it.
Fooling around with this filter is also a good way to get interesting patterns and textures.
