Swine-chronicity

I'm borrowing someone's desk this week. As I scooped up my supplies, I considered bringing my beloved flying pig with me, but chose not to. I feared I'd break him. I figured I could last a week without my desk ornament.
When I got to my temp desk, I found it had a single ornament too. Another flying pig!

Wow. It IS swine-chronicity!

I give up. I took a photo of a flying pig in the Cincinnati airport a year or 2 ago and can't find it. But someone else liked it too, and here it is:

While I was searching I found this in Wikipedia:

A flying pig is a symbol of an impossible event coming to pass. The popular saying "[it will happen] when pigs fly" (or when pigs have wings) is traditionally used to mean that the specified event will never occur.

Oh well. When I tested the link above I'm now informed that it's a private photo. Flying pigs=very sensitive.

Hi Stray and Linda,
The link worked for me!
I like his propeller snout.
Come to think of it, a few weeks ago Roger Waters (one of the Pink Floyd guys) did a concert featuring a giant helium filled pig. It broke its tether, flew off, and showed up in someone's yard days later.
Must be flying pig season.

Are you talking about the flying pig from the Coachella Music Festival?

That's the one!

If swine-chronicity works the way it's supposed to, I'll have a flying pig spell, too? I'm SO excited!!

Thanks for starting it! Anyone in the vanguard's good. Even if I spelled it wrong.

Keep an eye out for 'em, Booda Baby.
There seems to be a bumper crop of them!
