Look out, Earth!

On second hand, don't look out.

I think they need to think big, maybe biological, since they're from Mars. It's the time of year when scams really work.

What do you think?

Also, which marvelous pen/brush do you use from the Corel arsenal? I just discovered I have a Painter Elements program that came with my Wacom tablet, and have been having much fun, though lame results, with it so far. Considering buying the big version, I mean asking for it, as my xmas pres. (I wish you'd get Flash.)

I want you to get Flash, too!

Namowal, Painter was the first software I ever used. I stopped using it because it didn't have a cmyk mode at that time (does it now?). My work was and is mostly print and I still go by my cmyk color manual to color things.

I'm dying to see your characters move!

Hi Sally,
Thanks for the suggestions. They do have some bigger stunts up their sleeves... :)
Corel has a million brushes but I mostly use the "pen" brush (smooth ink pen.) It took me awhile learn to use it. I still sometimes zoom in to correct details. Then again, I don't have the world's most steady hand.
Hi Linda,
Painter has some color management settings you can activate to "optimize for desktop printer" and "optimize for professional output". When these settings are activated, the onscreen colors dim to approximate their ink counterparts, but I don't know how accurate it is. You may want to check with someone who uses the program professionally to learn more.
I'm flattered that both of you want to see my stuff animated in flash. I am seriously considering it. :)
