You know that looks really appealing to me! I mean all except the Kraft part. When Dinah was here she bought soy cheese slices and I was appalled, then discovered they melted really well and had excellent flavor.
Soy cheese is funny stuff. A cube of it tastes like a gum eraser. Melted, it's pretty good.
I had a somewhat naive college friend who loved blue cheese salad dressing but had know idea what the blue part really was. She was horrified when I told her!
