Hi stray g. There originally was more story, but I thought the post worked better with the first line alone. I promise I'll blog some more about this nut in the future. There's plenty to blog about... Hi Linda, Glad you liked the picture. Thanks!
It IS a good picture!! I like it with just the first line so it goes to the universal. You know ... ME TOO! Isn't that cool, that that's about all it takes?
Boodababy, Thanks for the nice words about the picture. The background is actually a stock photo of asphalt, and the rest of it is drawn with Painter's pastels.
Hi Ghostbuild, So you want to hear more about this screwball too? Stay tuned...!
We need more of this story!
ReplyDeleteGreat illo! The words are very nice too.

Love this picture and the style .
ReplyDeleteHey, thanks, Sally.
ReplyDeleteI think what i like about this style is that it looks like chalk on sidewalk--very spontaneous / not overworked.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Linda.
ReplyDeleteI think the chalk-on-the-sidewalk aspect freed me up. Less pressure, since it's "only" a chalk drawing.
