Floaty Heads!

Sally was kind enough to lend me some flash code books.
I have very limited experience with code of any kind so getting something to work is a treat.

This is based on a simple "get the object to follow the mouse" script from FlashMX Studio, with a few changes.

  3. Thanks Linda,
If you're serious about wanting to make something like this I can post the instructions. Let me know.
    Hi Jesse,
    Sorry 'bout your eyes!
I went to your flash pages and had some fun with the tilt board game. I remember an old, old version of the wampus game where there wasn't any picture on the screen, just a description of where you were and asking which way you wanted to go.

  4. That's so funny! That's the first thing I learned in AS, too! I made a fairy follow my mouse around. And then promptly did nothing else.

Oh. Lie. One other thing that I never used after I did it.

Are you going to design games? THAT's fun!!

  5. Ah yes, on the subject of following the mouse, I must introduce you to my Eleven Year Old Triplets :3

I've let them romp and play on the front pages of seven different companies I have worked for on and around halloween, ever since the venerable days of Netscape v3.

I think they are teh kewt XD The flappy one looks like Daddy.

  7. Hi Boodababy,
Perhaps some day I'll be designing games, depending on how quick I pick this stuff up! That would be fun.
    Hi Jesse,
I thought I was so clever tossing in an extra head, but you've outdone me.
    Thanks, Sally,
I hope to put some more stuff together soon. Stay tuned!

I dislike typing the quasi-legible words too, but without them it's Spam City, Sorry!
